Description of Training-

Bonneville Firearms Training Academy LLC was established on the idea that any law abiding citizen already in possession of a CFP ought to have access to quality range training.  As a CFP holder, you already know that you are expected to maintain a higher degree of responsibility and stewardship with your sidearm. With that must come training in order to help build and enhance your confidence and competence with your sidearm.

CFP Range Class-

Students will be required to present their CFP and sign a training waiver at introduction. Your 4 hour training block will begin with (but not necessarily be limited to) suggestions and discussion on caliber, ammunition, and maintenance of your sidearm. Suggestions on carry and concealment methods will also be reviewed.

Recommendations on proper shooting stance, grip, sight picture and trigger control will be both demonstrated and discussed.

Range training will include both dry and live fire drills.  The courses of fire are intended to promote combat technique and marksmanship. Our live fire drills reflect those currently used to train law enforcement. Once learned, these same range drills can then be adapted for personal use.

After range time, suggestions and recommendations will be made in regards to; post shooting situations, crisis rehearsal, situational awareness, and continued training.

At Bonneville Firearms we understand that each shooter has a different level of experience and personal training needs. For this reason, we keep our class sizes small (maximum of 12 students) to better meet your individual training needs.

We know that given 4 hours of your valuable time, we can help you become a better shooter. In the end, your personal defense is up to you. Why not make an investment in yourself and train with Bonneville Firearms.  Instruction for the CFP Range Class is $95 per student.

Advanced CFP Range Class-

Bonneville Firearms also offers Advanced/Accelerated shooter classes for those who have already attended our basic course, or who have been previously vetted by an instructor. Our advanced classes are intended to challenge the experienced shooter, and sharpen the skills already learned in the CFP Range Class.

Advanced courses are available and scheduled by request only. Again, class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 students, with a 5 student minimum. Training and range time is a total of 4 hours.  Instruction is $125 per student.
